How do I cancel a transaction?
To cancel a transaction, proceed to transaction detail page and from there click the request a refund button. If the button is not available then it means the transaction is all ready completed and we cannot issue a refund. If the money has still not reached then you can email email@example.com to request the refund. Once you request the refund we will confirm the refund within 1-2 business days. Once it is confirmed if you paid with interac or visa debit then the money will be returned 1-2 business days after the refund has been issued.
